基于新能源车两种制动系统制动踏板感觉浅析

Analysis of Brake Pedal Sensation based on Two Braking Systems of New Energy Vehicles

随着新能源汽车及制动系统的快速发展,现新能源汽车多采用两种制动系统:(1)Twobox制动系统,即汽车电子稳定控制系统ESC+电控刹车助力系统IBS;(2)Onebox制动系统,即智能集成制动系统,把ESC+IBS功能集成在一起形成一个新的制动系统。文章主要介绍这两种制动系统制动时踏板感觉的差异,有助于驾驶员对制动踏板感觉的了解。

With the rapid development of new energy vehicles and braking systems,the new energy vehicles mostly use two braking systems:(1)Twobox braking system,ESC+IBS;(2)Onebox braking system,namely intelligent integrated braking system,integrates ESC+IBS functions together to form a new braking system.This paper mainly introduces the difference of pedal feeling between the two braking systems,which is helpful for drivers to understand the brake pedal feeling during driving experience.
