习近平法治思想融入高等教育的实现路径研究--以部分高校实践为例

Research on the Realization Path of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into Higher Education--Take the Practice of some Universities as an Example

习近平法治思想是推进新时代法治教育发展的基本遵循,关系到法治人才培养,也关系到推进全民守法工作。以如何将习近平法治思想扎实有效地融入高等教育为基本指向,从体系化的视角出发,提出切实发挥法治教育引领作用,要在课程思政体系构建、校园立体浸润、师资队伍打造等方面建立路径系统,同向发力,多层贯通,协同共进。文章梳理、分析了部分高校在习近平法治思想融入教育中的做法,为解决路径执行中的重点、难点、关键点提供了参考。

Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the basic principle to promote the development of rule of law education in the new era, which is related to the training of rule of law talents and the promotion of the law abiding work of the whole people. By taking how to effectively integrate Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into higher education as the basic direction, and from the perspective of systematization, the author proposes to effectively play the leading role of rule of law education, to establish a path system in the construction of the curriculum ideological and political system, three-dimensional campus infiltration, and the building of the teaching staff, so as to work together in the same direction, at multiple levels, and in coordination.The author combs and analyzes the practice of some colleges and universities in integrating Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into education, providing a reference for grasping the key points, difficulties and key points in the implementation of the path.
