民族地区师范院校教师教育特色发展路径探索——以兴义民族师范学院为例

摘要 教师教育是地方师范院校办学特色、办学优势和内涵发展的关键所在。结合民族地区基础教育师资需求,明确教师教育特色办学理念,发挥传统师范教育办学优势,挖掘民族文化育人资源,从顶层设计、校园文化、课程体系、实践平台、技能训练等方面构建教师教育特色发展路径,突出民族文化育人特色优势,推动教师教育内涵式发展。 Teacher education is the key to the school-running characteristics,school-running advantages and connotation development of local normal colleges.Combining with the needs of teachers in basic education in ethnic areas,this paper aims to clarify the characteristic school-running philosophy of teacher education,give full play to the advantages of traditional normal education,tap the resources of ethnic culture education,construct the characteristic development path of teacher education from top-level design,campus culture,curriculum system,practice platform,skill training and other aspects,highlight the characteristic advantages of ethnic culture education,and promote the connotative development of normal education.
