摘要 介绍了有色金属冶炼企业的有机胺烟气脱硫工艺流程,针对有机胺预处理系统在运行中出现的洗涤液温度高、有机胺液吸收效果差等问题,通过提高蒸发降温能力、控制动力波洗涤器入口烟气温度、降低烟气水含量、降低洗涤循环液温度等方式降低吸收塔烟气温度,通过稳定有机胺浓度和烟气浓度、提高有机胺液解吸能力等措施提高有机胺液吸收能力,实现了液硫产能和综合效益的提升。 The process flow of organic amine flue gas desulfurization in nonferrous metal smelting enterprises is introduced.In view of the problems of high temperature of washing liquid and poor absorption effect of organic amine liquid in the operation of the organic amine pretreatment system, the flue gas temperature of absorption tower is reduced by improving the evaporative cooling capacity, controlling the flue gas temperature at the inlet of power wave scrubber, reducing the water content of flue gas, and reducing the temperature of washing circulating liquid, by stabilizing the concentration of organic amine and flue gas, improving the desorption capacity of organic amine liquid and other measures to improve the absorption capacity of organic amine liquid, the liquid sulphur production capacity and comprehensive benefits have been improved.
