摘要
针对制酸净化工序2台聚氯乙烯塑料、2台铅电除雾器在运行中出现的问题,及时进行了维修、更新和改造,最终都改为导电玻璃钢电除雾器。改造后4台电除雾器运行稳定,净化出口硫酸雾(ρ)在5 mg/m3以下。改造实践表明,导电玻璃钢电除雾器适合在行业内推广使用。
In view of the problems occurred in the operation of 2 sets of PVC plastic and 2 sets of lead electric mist eliminators in the acid making and purification process, they were repaired, updated and transformed in time, and finally changed to conductive FRP electric mist eliminators. After the transformation, four electric demisters operate stably, and the acid mist(ρ) at the purification outlet is below 5 mg/m3. The transformation practice shows that the conductive FRP electric mist eliminator is suitable for promotion and use in the industry.
