摘要
平板真空多效膜蒸馏设备以其耐腐蚀、节能、安全等特点已经在多个行业的污酸处置中得到工程化应用。项目实施结果表明,平板真空多效膜蒸馏可以把硫酸浓缩至40%以上,把盐酸浓缩至共沸浓度,继续浓缩可提取19%左右的盐酸;根据初始浓度和浓缩倍数灵活设计多效系数,每t产水消耗0.23~0.49 t蒸汽;与热泵联用的集成设备,每t产水能耗折合蒸汽量为0.15 t。膜蒸馏过流部件全部采用聚丙烯和聚四氟乙烯材质,耐酸耐氧化。平板真空多效膜蒸馏为污酸处置提供了一个节能减排的新思路。
Plate-frame multi-effect vacuum membrane distillation(VMD) has been successfully employed in engineering projects of spend acid treatment from several industries due to its advantages of acid-resistance, energy-saving, safety and so on. Project implementation results indicate that plate-frame multi-effect VMD can concentrate sulphuric acid from low concentration to higher than 40%, concentrate hydrochloric acid to azeotropic concentration and recover hydrochloric acid with about 19% of concentration when further concentrating. Multi-effect coefficient is flexibly designed according to the initial concentration of spend acids and concentration factor, leading to energy consumption between 0.23 and 0.49 ton equivalent steam per ton of produced water and 0.15 ton for VMD integrated with heat pump. Polypropylene and polytetrafluoroethylene with high acid-and oxidation-resistance are utilized to manufacture all flow passage components of VMD. Plate-frame multi-effect VMD provides a new solution for spend acid treatment with energy saving and emission reduction.
