摘要
介绍了MGGH烟气换热系统的技术原理、工艺流程及在氨法脱硫装置上的应用情况。针对氨法脱硫尾气腐蚀烟道、烟囱钢筋混凝土,烟囱有白色烟羽拖尾等问题,某磷化工企业采用MGGH技术对氨法脱硫出口湿烟气进行加热升温,使烟气温度高于露点,减轻对混凝土烟道、烟囱的腐蚀,同时取得较好的消除白色烟羽效果。与采用其他热源加热达到相同效果比较,MGGH系统可节约标准煤量2 066 t/a,减少二氧化碳排放5 075 t/a。
The technical principle, process flow and application of flue gas heat exchange system(MGGH) in ammonia desulfurization unit are introduced. In view of the problems that the tail gas of ammonia desulfurization corrodes the reinforced concrete of the flue and chimney, and the chimney has white plume trailing, a phosphorus chemical enterprise uses MGGH technology to heat the wet flue gas at the outlet of ammonia desulfurization, so that the flue gas temperature is higher than the dew point, reduce the corrosion of the concrete flue and chimney, and achieve a good effect of eliminating white plume. Compared with other heat sources to achieve the same effect, MGGH system can save 2 066 t/a of standard coal and 5 075 t/a of carbon dioxide emissions.
