苯噻啶片联合晕痛定胶囊对偏头痛患者血清致炎因子及血管活性物质水平的影响

Effect of Pizotifen Tablet Combined With Yuntongding Capsule on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Vasoactive Substances in Migraine Patients

目的 探讨苯噻啶联合晕痛胶囊低偏头痛患者血清致炎因子及血管性物质水平的影响。方法 选取82例偏头痛患者为研究对象,随机将其均分为两组并给予不同的治疗方案,采用苯噻啶片治疗为对照组,采用苯噻啶片联合晕痛定胶囊为研究组,两组均治疗6周后,对比两组患者治疗效果,治疗前后两组患者血清致炎因子水平及血管活动物质水平的变化。结果研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和血栓素B2(TXB2)均低于对照组(P<0.05);5-羟色胺(5-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)和多巴胺(DA)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 苯噻啶片联合晕痛定胶囊可提高治疗偏头痛患者的治疗效果,改善机体炎症和血管活性物质水平。

Objective To explore the influence of pizotifen combined with Yuntong Capsule on serum inflammatory factors and vascular substances in patients with low migraine.Methods 82 patients with migraine were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups and given different treatment schemes.The patients treated with pizotifen tablets were taken as the control group.Pizotifen tablets combined with Yuntongding capsules were used as the study group.After 6 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of serum inflammatory factors and vasoactive substances in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serumhs-CRP,il-6,il-1β,Hcy,et-1 and B2(TXB2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),nitric oxide(NO)and dopamine(DA)were higher than those of the control(P<0.05).Conclusion Pizotifen tablet combined with Yuntongding capsule can improve the therapeutic effect of migraine patients,Improve the level of inflammation and vasoactive substances.
