河南省老年人意外事件发生情况及其影响因素分析

Incidence and influencing factors of accidents among the elderly in Henan province

目的:了解河南省老年人意外事件的发生状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样法选取河南省6054名60岁及以上老年人,入户调查近1个月内意外事件发生情况,分析老年人发生意外事件的影响因素。结果:共调查5570名老年人,近1个月内861人发生意外事件,意外事件发生率为15.46%,其中出现的主要意外事件为跌倒496人(8.90%)、走失104人(1.87%)、噎食194人(3.48%)、自杀67人(1.20%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、是否患有慢性病、听力、视力、日常生活能力、认知功能是河南省老年人近1个月内发生意外事件的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:河南省老年人意外事件发生风险处于中等水平,应针对患有慢性疾病、认知功能障碍、听力和视力等下降的老年人制定综合性干预措施。

Objective:To investigate the incidence and influencing factors of accidents among the elderly in Henan province.Methods:6054 elderly people aged≥60 years in Henan province were selected by stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling,the incidence of accidents in the past one month were investigated and the influencing factors of accidents in the elderly were analyzed.Results:A total of 5570 elderly people were investigated,861 of them had accidents in the past one month,and the incidence of accidents was 15.46%.The main accidents were falling(496,8.90%),missing(104,1.87%),choking(194,3.48%)and suicide(67,1.20%).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,education level,chronic disease,hearing,vision,ability of daily living and cognitive function were the influencing factors of accidents in the past month among the elderly in Henan province(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk of accidents in the elderly in Henan province was at a medium level.Comprehensive intervention measures should be formulated for the elderly with chronic diseases,cognitive dysfunction,hearing and vision loss.
