和而不同与高质量发展:职业教育促进共同富裕的理性逻辑 被引量:11

Harmony in Diversity and High-quality Development:The Rational Logic of Vocational Education to Promote Common Prosperity

摘要 扎实推动共同富裕是当前及今后一个时期我国社会发展的重要任务,职业教育作为同社会发展联系最为紧密的教育类型,身处其中“应有所为”且能“大有作为”。高质量发展作为实现共同富裕的必由之路,在空间视域下可诠释为精神空间的求真求善式发展、社会空间的优质均衡式发展、自然空间的共生持存式发展,是职业教育促进共同富裕的行动旨归所在。作为有别于普通教育的类型教育,职业教育在服务共同富裕所对应的三维空间高质量发展时应立足于自身“和而不同”的功能属性,通过对高质量发展主体意识层、社会发展层、环境支撑层的精准发力,实现供给角色的类型化转型。未来,职业教育应以落实厘正“道与器”的理性教育、兼顾“富与均”的生产教育、贯通“用与创”的生态教育,稳固共同富裕实现的精神点、行动面、时间线,将自身类型化发展嵌刻于共同富裕实现的伟大征程中。 Solid promotion of common prosperity is an important task of social development in China at present and in the coming period.As the type of education which most closely connected with social development,vocational education involved in it should make the“due action”and can make the“great contribution”.As the only way to achieve common prosperity,high-quality development can be interpreted as the truth-seeking and good-seeking development of spiritual space,the high-quality and good-balanced development of social space,and the symbiotic and sustainable development of natural space from the perspective of space,which is the action purpose of vocational education to promote common prosperity.As a type of education different from general education,vocational education should base on its functional attribute of“harmony but diversity”when serving the high-quality development of three-dimensional space corresponding to common prosperity,and realize the type transformation of the role of supply by precisely exerting force on the consciousness level of the main body of high-quality development,the social development level and the environmental support level.In the future,vocational education should implement humanistic education that corrects“Tao and tools”,production education that takes into account both“wealth and equality”,and ecological education that combines“application and creation”,so as to stabilize the spirit point,action surface and timeline of the realization of common prosperity,and engrave its typed development in the great journey of the realization of common prosperity.
