基于体验学习圈的代际学习过程设计——以国外代际学习项目为例

摘要 代际学习作为一种新型学习方式日益受到关注,但研究者更多将代际学习视为实现目标的结果或手段,而不是过程本身。基于库伯的体验学习圈理论,并结合国外的两个代际学习项目,分析体验学习理论在代际学习实践中的应用,对代际学习过程进行设计,提出代际学习过程应包含主题设计、创设体验情境、引导反思、概括归纳和实践应用五个部分。 As a new learning style, intergenerational learning has been paid more and more attention, but researchers regard intergenerational learning as the result or means to achieve the goal, rather than the process itself. Based on Cooper′s experiential learning circle theory and two foreign intergenerational learning projects, this paper analyzes the application of experiential learning theory in the practice of intergenerational learning, and designs the process of intergenerational learning, it is proposed that the process of intergenerational learning should consist of five parts: theme design, creating experience situation, guiding reflection, summarizing and practical application.
