门德尔松手法联合吞咽治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of Mendelssohn manipulation combined with swallowing therapeutic apparatus on swallowing dysfunction after stroke

目的 探究门德尔松手法联合吞咽治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的效果。方法 选择2019年10月—2022年5月本院收治的脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者102例作为研究对象,随机数表法分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各51例。研究组采用门德尔松手法联合吞咽治疗仪,对照组采用吞咽治疗仪治疗。两组患者均于治疗前及治疗3周后评估吞咽功能评分及吞咽障碍程度评分(WST)评分及并发症。结果 两组患者治疗前吞咽功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后吞咽功能评分低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前WST评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组WST评分低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的21.57%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者应用门德尔松手法联合吞咽治疗仪治疗,促进吞咽功能恢复,改善吞咽障碍特异性生活质量,安全性良好。

Objective To explore the effect of Mendelssohn manipulation combined with swallowing therapy instrument on swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods 102 patients suffered from dysphagia after stroke,those were admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to May 2022,were selected as the study objects.Theywere randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method:the study group and the controlgroup,with 51 patients in each group.The study group was treated with Mendelssohn maneuver combined withswallowing therapeutic apparatus,while the control group was treated with swallowing therapeutic apparatus.Theswallowing function score,swallowing disorder score( WST) score and complications were evaluated beforetreatment and 3 weeks after treatment in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in swallowingfunction scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The swallowing function score of the studygroup was lower than that of the control group after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Aftertreatment,the WST score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significantdifference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.88%,while that in the control groupwas 21.57%.The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with astatistically significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusions Mendelssohn maneuver combined with swallowingtherapeutic apparatus could promote the recovery of swallowing function and improve the specific quality of life ofpatients with swallowing disorder after stroke,with good safety.
