鼻咽癌综合治疗后严重鼻出血救治进展

Progress in treatment of severe epistaxis after combined therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

鼻咽癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤之一,首选放疗为主的综合治疗,疗效肯定,但无法避免并发症,尽管严重鼻出血发生率极低,但其危险性很高,抢救措施不及时、不恰当,可在极短时间内危及生命或死亡。鼻咽癌放疗后严重鼻出血成为医生关注热点之一,它与其他原因引起鼻出血的救治有其不一样的特点。为提高对该病救治水平,现将近年来对鼻咽癌综合治后严重鼻出血的救治等作一综述。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the head and neck.Radiotherapy based comprehensive treatment is preferred and has a positive effect,but complications cannot be avoided.Although the incidence of severe epistaxis is very low,its risk is high.Rescue measures are not timely and appropriate and can be life-threatening or fatal in a very short period of time.Severe epistaxis after radiotherapy for NPC has become one of the hotspots of concern for doctors,and it has different characteristics from the treatment of epistaxis caused by other causes.In order to improve the treatment of the disease,the treatment of severe epistaxis after comprehensive treatment of NPC in recent years is reviewed.
