基于“慕课”的翻转课堂在西医院校中医学教学中的应用

The application of flipped classroom based on MOOC in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in western medical college

目的 探讨基于“慕课”的翻转课堂在西医院校中医学教学中实施和应用的效果。方法 选择本校2017级、2018级一附院临床医学实验班为本次研究对象,将2017级作为对照组,2018级作为实验组,每组各60名学生。实验组采用基于“慕课”的翻转课堂新型教学模式,对照组采用理论讲解的传统授课模式。教学效果评价主要采用理论成绩和满意度问卷调查。结果 实验组学生在阶段性评价成绩、终结性评价成绩、综合成绩均高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生在教学方法的满意程度、提高知识点的掌握程度、提高自主学习能力、提高学习兴趣、提升团队合作能力方面满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生在提升创新能力方面满意度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 基于“慕课”的翻转课堂在西医院校中医学的教学中应用提升了教学效果和学生的满意度,为西医院校中医学的教学改革提供新的思路和方法。

Objective To explore the implementation and application effect of flipped classroom based on MOOC in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in western medical college.Methods In this study,the students of grade 2017 and grade 2018 in experiment class of clinical medicine in the college were enrolled as study subjects.The students of grade 2017 were enrolled in the control group and students of grade 2018 were enrolled in the experimental group,60 students in each group.The flipped classroom based on MOOC was implemented in the experimental group,and traditional teaching mode of theoretical explanation was adopted in the control group.Theory test and satisfactory questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The stage evaluation score,summative evaluation score and comprehensive score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusions The application of flipped classroom based on MOOC in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in western medical college could improve the teaching effects,and the satisfaction on the course teaching of students.It provides new idea and method for the the teaching reform of TCM in western medical college.
