摘要
本文通过研究相关标准要求与现有模拟爆胎方法的优缺点,设计了基于钢针刺破法的模拟爆胎装置。试验表明,该装置满足标准规定的试验要求。该装置成本低、操作简单、适用范围广,可推广使用。
In this paper,through studying the relevant standard requirements and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods for simulating burst tire,a device for simulating burst tire based on the steel needle puncture method is designed.The test indicated that the device could meet the test requirements of the standard.The device is low cost,simple to operate,suitable for wide range of application,and ready to be promoted.
