高校非学历教育课程思政建设探析

课程思政建设是高校提高思想政治教育工作实效、落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径与有力抓手,高校非学历教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,同样需要推进课程思政建设。高校非学历教育课程思政建设具有深厚的价值意蕴,但在推进实施中面临着认识和观念存在误区、规划和设计相对滞后、组织和落实难度较大等现实困境。为切实提升高校非学历教育课程思政建设的成效,发挥其应有的协同育人作用,必须从实施保障、实施主体、实施范围、实施载体等方面找准发力点,力求精准发力、精准施策,然后再以点带面、渐进式全面推开。

Integrating ideological and political courses could effectively improve ideological and political education and implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.Non-degree education,as an essential part of higher education,must also promote ideological and political courses.Integrating these courses into the non-degree education has profound implications.However,in the specific implementation,it is also faced with such practical difficulties as concept misunderstanding,inadequate planning and design,and complex organization and implementation.In order to effectively improve the courses’effectiveness in non-degree education and play their due role in collaborative education,we must find the right starting point from the aspects of implementation guarantee,implementation subject,implementation scope,implementation carrier,etc.On this basis,we should make precise efforts and implement target policies for progressive and comprehensive promotion.
