HR催化剂制备高性能聚丙烯

摘要 考察了HR催化剂的性能并与市售催化剂进行了对比,在中国石化洛阳分公司140 kt/a双环管聚丙烯(PP)工业装置上利用HR催化剂制备了均聚PP树脂MN15。利用GPC,DSC等方法对PP树脂的结构及性能进行了表征,测试了树脂的力学性能、雾度、气味等级和总挥发性有机物(TVOC)含量,并与市场上同类进口树脂产品进行了对比。实验结果表明,HR催化剂的立构定向性高,制备的聚合物小分子含量低、模量高、TVOC含量低且不含塑化剂,适宜制备绿色高结晶PP;与进口同类树脂相比,MN15的结晶度高、半结晶时间短、分子量分布窄且小分子含量少,力学性能、光学性能及尺寸稳定性更好,气味等级和TVOC含量更低,且不含塑化剂邻苯二甲酸酯,环保性更好。 The properties of HR catalyst were studied and compared with the polypropylene(PP)catalyst commonly used in industry.Homo-PP resin MN15 was prepared by HR catalyst in the 140 kt/a double loop PP plant of Sinopec Luoyang Branch,and compared with similar imported resin products on the market.The structure and properties of PP resin were characterized by GPC and DSC.The mechanical properties,haze,odor grade and total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)content of the resin were tested.The results show that HR catalyst has high stereospecificity and the prepared polymer has low content of small molecule,high flexural modulus,low TVOC content and no plasticizer,so HR catalyst is more suitable for preparation of environmental-friendly high crystallinity PP resin.Compared with imported similar resin,MN15 has higher crystallinity,shorter semi-crystallization time,narrow molecular weight distribution and lower small molecular content.The mechanical properties,optical properties and dimensional stability of MN15 are better,the odour characteristics and TVOC content of MN15 are lower,and it is phthalate-free,which caueses its better property for environmental protection.
