摘要 研究了某H级联合循环汽轮机深度调峰下的运行模式及该工况对汽轮机造成的危害,提出了增设流场干涉元件、进行末叶片喷涂、分段多路并行喷水、基于监测进行运行调控的技术优化方案。以上方案可改善汽轮机深度调峰下低压缸的经济性,提升叶片抗水蚀能力,避免过度鼓风发热及叶片颤振,从而提高H级联合循环汽轮机的深度调峰能力。 The deep peak load regulation mode of a H-class combined cycle steam turbine is studied, and the harm to the steam turbine in low load operation situation is presented. Several optimization schemes are proposed, such as adding flow interference component, spraying the blades, sectional multichannel parallel water jetting and operation control based on monitor. These solutions can increase the economy of LP turbine, improve corrosion resistance and avoid excessive windage and flutter in LP last stage blades. Therefore, the deep peak load regulation capacity of H-class combined cycle steam turbine is improved.
