摘要
针对工业汽轮机交货周期短的特点,为了加快产品开发进程,拟利用UGNX二次开发技术,研究工业透平汽轮机持环的快速参数化设计和自动出图方法,并建立标准的、规范化的持环设计数据库。应用该方法和所建立的数据库,在持环设计阶段可以实现快速优化设计迭代,缩短设计周期。
The industrial steam turbine is featured with short delivery period. In order to speed up the product development process, the rapid parametric design and automatic drawing method of industrial turbine carrier is studied using secondary development technology of UGNX. Meanwhile, a standardized turbine carrier design database is also established. Adopting this method and the established database, rapid optimization design iteration can be realized at the design stage of turbine carrier, so the design cycle can be shortened.
