摘要
某核电厂常规岛汽轮发电机轴系对轮连接的过程中,对已部分连接的轴系转子与尚未连接的单个转子中心进行了测量检查,结果与连接前的中心数值偏差较大。基于对异常情况的详细分析、研究,脱开了全部已连接对轮,重新复查、调整轴系中心,之后重新连接,相关轴系振动检测结果证实了此次处理的效果满足要求。此次成功实践可以指导多轴系对轮的连接工作,提高对轮连接效率。
During the shaft coupling connection of turbine generator in a nuclear power plant, measurement and checking were carried out towards the center values of shafts with and without rotor connection. The result showed that there is great deviation of center values before and after the connection. Based on the detailed analysis and research, all of the connected couplings were disconnected to recheck and adjust the shaft center so as to reconnect the couplings again. The test results of shaft vibration had verified the effectiveness of this process. This successful practice can provide guidance for the coupling connection in multi-shaft system and improve the work efficiency.
