燃气蒸汽联合循环机组大数据应用增效研究

摘要 大数据在传统电厂中主要应用于设备的数字化管理方面,如设备安全运行的监视和控制,其经济价值没有得到更好的发挥。针对燃气发电生产的特点,引入智能化的计算方法和分析方法,通过生产大数据建立天然气发电供电成本监测平台和机组启动消耗成本监测平台。通过对比发电供电成本和每次启动消耗的成本数据,优化运行方式和启动操作,达到经济调度、降本增效的目的。 In traditional power plant, the big data is mainly used in the digital equipment management, for example, the monitoring and control of the operation safety, so its economic value is not explored sufficiently. According to the operation characteristics of gas-fired power units, intelligent calculation methods and analysis methods are introduced to establish monitor platforms of power supply cost of nature gas and unit start-up cost based on big data. By comparing the cost data, the operation mode and start-up process are optimized to realize high economy of management, cost reduction and efficiency increase.
