摘要
FW2是上海汽轮机厂(STP)新开发的一种新型铁素体耐热钢材料。STP在分析FW2耐热钢材料特性的基础上,对该材料的热处理工艺进行了优化试验,并采用合理的冶炼、锻造和热处理工艺,成功试制出满足技术要求的FW2阀碟锻件,实现FW2阀碟的国产化制造。描述了该优化试验和阀碟锻件试制的过程,为后续研制同类材料的汽轮机重要中小锻件积累热加工经验。
FW2 is a new type of ferritic heat-resistant steel material newly developed by Shanghai Turbine Plant(STP). Based on analysis of the material properties of FW2 heat-resistant steel, the optimization test for the heat treatment process of the material is carried out. Adopting reasonable smelting, forging and heat treatment processes, the valve disc trial forgings of FW2 have been successfully produced, whose properties can meet the technical requirements. Therefore, the localized manufacturing of the FW2 valve disc has been realized. The process of the optimization test and the trial production of the valve disc forging is presented, and hot working experience is accumulated for the subsequent development of important medium and small forgings made from the same material in steam turbine.
