乡村振兴背景下农村公共文化服务实践路径研究——以安康市为例

Research on the Practice Path of Rural Public Cultural Service under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Take Ankang City as an Example

农村公共文化服务建设成效是评价乡村文化振兴的重要标志,也是衡量是否满足广大农民日益增长的精神文化生活需要的重要标准。针对当前农村公共文化服务难以符合农民需要、供需脱节、人才匮乏的问题,采用文献研究法,以陕西省安康市农村公共文化服务体系为例探究农村公共文化服务的实践路径。分别从发挥农民主体作用、创新公共文化服务模式、加强公共文化服务人才队伍建设3个方面进行了路径探析,提高公共文化服务质量,提高乡村文化与先进文化耦合度,为阻断贫困代际传递营造良好文化氛围,推动乡村文化振兴。

The effectiveness of rural public cultural service construction is an important symbol to evaluate the revitalization of rural culture,and it is also an important criterion to measure whether the growing spiritual and cultural needs of farmers are met.Aiming at the problems that the current rural public cultural services are difficult to meet the needs of farmers,supply and demand are out of touch,and talents are scarce,this paper uses the literature research method to explore the practical path of rural public cultural services by taking the rural public cultural service system in Ankang City,Shaanxi Province as an example.The path analysis is carried out from three aspects:giving full play to the main role of farmers,innovating the public cultural service model,and strengthening the construction of public cultural service talents,so as to improve the quality of public cultural services,improve the coupling degree between rural culture and advanced culture,and to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Eventually it creates a good cultural atmosphere and promote the revitalization of rural culture.
