党的二十大报告明确提出以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴,这标志着中国式现代化在国家发展建设中的中心战略定位。铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为党和国家新时代民族工作的重大战略部署,与实现中国式现代化这一国家总体战略具有协同推进关系。就逻辑机理而言,推动中国式现代化与中华民族共同体建设具有理论根基的同源性、行动主体的同一性、根本目标的一致性、实践过程的联动性。就现实基础而言,推动中国式现代化与中华民族共同体建设均需要聚焦民族工作的重要性、民族地区发展的关键性、民族团结进步大局的前提性、民族领域意识形态风险的挑战性。基于二者协同的逻辑与现实关联来看,深植马克思主义理论根基、凝聚民族团结主体力量、加强和改进党的民族工作、有效化解意识形态领域风险挑战是协同推进中国式现代化与中华民族共同体建设的切入点和着力点。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress clearly stated the necessity of comprehensive promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese modernization,which marks the central strategic positioning of Chinese modernization in national development and construction.As a major strategic deployment of the Party and the country’s national work in the new era,consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation has a synergistic relationship with the overall national strategy of realizing Chinese modernization.As far as the logical mechanism is concerned,the promotion of Chinese modernization and the construction of the community for the Chinese nation have the same origin of theoretical foundation,identity of action subject,consistency of fundamental goal,and linkage of practice process.As far as the practical basis is concerned,the promotion of Chinese modernization and the construction of the community for the Chinese nation is indispensable to the recognition ofimportance of ethnic work,the criticality of the development of ethnic areas,the premise of the overall situation of ethnic unity and progress,and the challenge of ideological risks in the ethnic field.Based on the logical and practical relationship between the two synergies,it is necessary to deeply root the theoretical foundation of Marxism,consolidate the main force of national unity,strengthen and improve the Party’s ethnic work,and effectively resolve risks and challenges in the ideological field,which are the keys to the coordinated promotion of Chinese modernization and building the community for the Chinese nation.
