摘要
21世纪以来,我国民族文化对外传播已呈现出传播主体多元化、传播渠道与形式多样化、传播范围广泛化等特点。同时,民族文化对外传播中所出现的问题,如传播主体力量失衡、传播路径发展不均、民族文化传播渠道国际传播力弱、缺乏科学合理的传播效果评估体系等也不容忽视。新时期提升民族文化对外传播效果的重要策略包括:加强顶层设计,深化政策创新;建构民族文化话语体系;注重受众分析,建构科学合理的评估体系。
In the 21st Century,the external communication of national culture has shown the characteristics of diversified communication subjects,diversified communication channels and forms,and extensive communication scope.At the same time,the problems in the external communication of national culture,such as the imbalance of communication subjects,the uneven development of communication paths,the weaknessin international communication channels,and the lack of scientific and reasonable communication effect evaluation system,cannot be ignored.Strengthening top-level design in deepening policy innovation,constructing national cultural discourse system,and paying attention to audience analysis in constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,are important strategies to improve the external communication effect of national culture in the new era.
