摘要
5G与制造业融合应用是推动智能制造发展的重要抓手。5G在智能制造行业融合应用的政策环境持续向好,行业企业围绕制造全环节积极探索应用场景,电信运营商和设备商也已形成较为丰富的技术储备并稳步创新,奠定了扎实的产业供给基础,但总体看仍处于发展初期,应用深度不足、成本过高和标准缺乏等问题突显,需探索形成规模化推广复制路径,加强技术研发以降低应用投入成本,加快构建5G应用标准体系。本文聚焦5G制造融合应用的外部环境,从政策、行业、产业和技术等维度,剖析环境影响,评估优势短板,并提出规模化发展策略建议。
The application of 5G in manufacturing is important approach for promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing.This paper analyzes environmental impact on 5G application in manufacturing,and evaluates advantages as well as shortcomings from the dimensions of policy,industry and technology.Also,this paper puts forward large-scale development strategy suggestions of 5G application in manufacturing.we fi nd that increasing policies support the 5G application in intelligent manufacturing,industry actively explore 5G typical application scenarios.Meanwhile,telecom operators and equipment vendors have accumulated rich technology,which lay solid industrial supply foundation.However,5G application in intelligent manufacturing is still in the early stage,facing challenges such as insuffi cient depth,high cost and lack of standards.It is urgent to form large-scale promotion path,strengthen technology research,reduce application cost,and construct standard system.
