摘要
本文介绍了多效真空蒸发制盐改造为MVR蒸发制盐在四川久大制盐有限责任公司舒坪基地60万吨/年制盐装置MVR“煤改电”技改项目成功运用情况,同时全面对卤水成分、多效改造成MVR工艺、预热系统、蒸汽洗涤压缩等技术以及生产运行情况进行了介绍。
This paper introduces the successful application of the MVR“Coal to Electricity”technical transformation project of the600,000-ton/year salt making plant in Shuping Base of Sichuan Jiuda Salt Production Co.,Ltd.At the same time,it comprehensively introduces the brine composition,multi-effect transformation into MVR process,preheating system,steam washing compression and other technologies as well as the production operation.
