Based on the development experience of several vehicles'cleaning tank,the struc⁃ture and function of cleaning tank is expounded in detail,and the key factors of cleaning tank design are summarized,and preliminary FEM simulation calculation and later-period experimental verifica⁃tion are also introduced.The design method and process of the layout,fixation and structure develop⁃ment of the cleaning tank are summarized.
