摘要
为了提高生产工艺可靠性,降低工艺失效影响,在S车型年度改款项目中,使用FMEA工具分析安全气囊控制器装配工艺的失效模式及影响,评估失效模式风险等级,识别高风险项目,并结合现场实际提出落实工艺优化措施。经批量生产验证,针对安全气囊控制器装配工艺中高风险项实施优化措施,有效地降低了失效发生频度,提高了工艺可靠性。
To improve the reliability of production process and decrease process failure ef⁃fects,in the annual facelift project of the S model,FMEA tools are used to analyze the failure mode and impact of the airbag controller assembly process,to evaluate the failure mode risk level,to iden⁃tify high-risk items,and to propose and implement process optimization measures based on the actual situation on site.Series production has proven that optimization measures for high-risk items in the air⁃bag controller assembly process can reduce the frequency of failures and improve process reliability effectively.
