脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接是当前我国“三农”工作的重点,是我国“三农”工作的重要转向。理论逻辑具有同一性、历史逻辑具有连贯性、实践逻辑具有协同性是有效衔接的内在逻辑,其中也面临着随着覆盖主体的拓展、覆盖空间的延伸、覆盖任务的转变、覆盖政策的深化和覆盖产业的扩大所带来的现实困境。其实践路径在于:激发农民内生动力,实现目标对接;明确持续减贫与乡村振兴的工作的职责,实现政策对接;坚持产业扶贫与产业发展相统一,实现产业对接;保持干部的稳定性和重视人才培养,实现工作队的对接。
