竹木混合空心刨花板的制备及其性能研究

摘要 简述了空心刨花板的发展历程和我国竹资源及竹材加工现状,利用竹制品加工剩余物与木刨花混合制备竹木混合空心刨花板并用于木门门扇试制生产。试验制得的竹木混合空心刨花板的性能达到LY/T 1856—2009《挤压法空心刨花板》的规定,其密度、内结合强度、静曲强度、吸水厚度膨胀率依次为0.34 g/cm3、0.3 MPa、2.5 MPa和3%。将其用于木门门扇生产,满足木门制造用空心刨花板的性能要求。 The development of hollow particleboard, the current situation of bamboo resources and bamboo processing in China were briefly introduced. The residue of bamboo processing and wood shavings were mixed to produce the bamboo-wood hybrid hollow particleboard. The bamboo-wood hybrid hollow particleboard was used for trial production of wooden doors. The performance of the bamboo-wood hybrid hollow particleboard met the requirements of LY/T 1856—2009 Extrusion Hollow Particleboard, and its density, internal bonding strength, static bending strength and water absorption thickness expansion rate were 0.34 g/cm3, 0.3 MPa,2.5 MPa and 3%. It met the requirements of hollow particle board for wooden door manufacturing.
