PE保护膜对不同饰面人造板适配性的研究

Study on the Adaptability of PE Protective Film to Different Decorative Wood-based Panels

在饰面人造板表面平贴PE保护膜,可有效预防饰面人造板在定制家居板件加工过程中表面出现刮花、刮亮等质量问题。通过测试饰面人造板平贴PE保护膜及其后的开料、板件封边、板件打孔、板件铣槽等工序加工后板件表面质量,对比研究了2种常用PE保护膜对7种饰面人造板的平贴保护情况。研究结果表明,PE保护膜适配性与人造板饰面材料类型、饰面纹理深浅有关;对于三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸高光饰面人造板、高光紫外光固化涂料饰面人造板等浅纹理的饰面人造板,可通过平贴有胶型常规PE保护膜进行保护;对于三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸深纹理饰面人造板,建议使用高挺度、胶柔软性更好的改性PE保护膜,而PVC深纹理饰面人造板适宜的保护膜还有待进一步研究。

Applying PE protective film on the surface of the decorative wood-based panels could effectively prevent appearance defects of the decorative wood-based panels during the processing of customized household panels. The appearance defects of the decorative wood-based panels with different PE protective films on seven kinds of dcorative wood-based panels during film pasting,cutting, edge sealing, punching and grooving process, were compared. The results showed that the compatibility of PE protective film was related to the type and texture of decorative material of the wood-based panels. The high-gloss decorative panels decoratived with melamine impregnated paper, and the decorative panel coated with the high-gloss UV-curable coating, could be protected by the conventional PE protective film. The decorative wood-based panels with deep texture was recommended to use the modified PE protective film with high stiffness and better rubber softness. The appropriate protective film for the PVC decorative panel with deep texture needs further study.
