浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板家具板件加工划痕产生原因及改善方法探究

Analysis on Scratches Reduction in the Processing of Wood-based Panels Decorated with Impregnated Paper

以浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板为研究对象,检测不同肌理饰面人造板在家具板件加工中产生划痕情况并探究改善方法。结果表明,在开料、封边、打孔、开槽工序中,开料是板件产生划痕的主要工序,素色超哑细肌理胶膜纸饰面人造板在加工中产生划痕风险高于木纹理哑光肌理胶膜纸饰面人造板,通过对开料设备有效保养和维护能有效改善板件产生划痕,提升板件生产加工合格率。

The paper impregnated veneer panel with different texture of the same substrate was studied to verify the scratch condition of different texture veneer in cabinet system process and the improvement method. The results indicated that the scratch risk of pure color ultra-matt fine texture adhesive paper decorative panel is higher than that of the ordinary matt texture impregnated adhesive paper decorative panel. The scratches can be effectively reduced by reasonable maintenance of the cutting equipment.
