高校在线教学的学生满意度指标体系构建——基于长三角财经类高校的调查

Index Model of Online Teaching Satisfaction of College Students:Based on Survey of Finance and Economics Colleges in the Yangtze River Delta

调查在线教学的学生满意度,评析在线教学成效,有助于提高在线教学质量。根据在线教学理论,分别从“教”和“学”两个层面构建在线教学的学生满意度评价指标体系。基于长三角财经类高校学生的问卷调查进行实证研究,结果表明:在线教学的学生满意度位居中等偏上水平;在线教学的教学资源、教学风格等学生满意度高,互动反馈和教学环境的学生满意度相对较低;女生的满意度略高于男生。根据研究结果,提出如下建议:提高在线教学成效和学生满意度,应优化在线教学环节设计,提高课程教学交互质量,引导学生转变学习观念,正确认识学习“增负”。

It is helpful to improve the quality of online teaching by investigating students’ satisfaction with online teaching and evaluating the effectiveness of online teaching. According to the theory of online teaching, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of students’ satisfaction in online teaching from the two levels of "teaching" and "learning". Based on the survey of students in finance and economics colleges in the Yangtze River Delta, the results show that students’ satisfaction with online teaching is in the middle or upper level;students’ satisfaction with online teaching resources and teaching style is high, while students’ satisfaction with interactive feedback and teaching environment is relatively low;the satisfaction of girls is slightly higher than that of boys.To improve the effectiveness of online teaching and satisfaction of students, the author should optimize the design of online teaching links, improve the quality of course teaching interaction, and guide students to change their learning concepts and correctly understand the "increased burden" of learning.
