摘要 目前的换向器测试通常是在低速旋转时测量其径向误差和片间误差,不能在高速旋转中实时且精确测量动态的径向误差和片间误差。通过对传感器的比较分析,研究应用高精度激光位移传感器测量换向器高速旋转时的实时数据,设计安全防护装置保护和冷却传感器,使其发挥精度高、稳定性好等特点,更好地测量所需的误差值。 At present,the radial error and bar-to-bar error of the commutator are usually measured when rotating at low speed,and the dynamic radial error and bar-to-bar error cannot be measured accurately in real-time during the high-speed rotation.Through the comparison and analysis of the sensors,the application of high-precision laser displacement sensor to measure the real-time data of the high-speed rotation of the commutator is studied,and the safety protection device is designed to protect and cool the sensor,so that it can give play to the characteristics of high accuracy and good stability,and better measure the required error value.
