基于真空断路器的回路电阻辅助测试装置研制

Development of Auxiliary Test Device for Circuit Resistance Based on Vacuum Circuit Breaker

在常规户内高压真空断路器回路电阻试验中发现,接线夹普遍存在梅花触头接触不良以及由此导致的触头机械性损伤等问题,造成测试结果的准确度偏低,因反复测试带来人力及物力方面的极大浪费。设计一种真空断路器回路电阻辅助测试装置,可以有效提高回路电阻测试的技术水平、安全可靠性及工作效率。

In the circuit resistance test of conventional indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker,it was found that the poor contact of the plum blossom contact and the mechanical damage of the contact caused by it were common problems in the wiring clamp,resulting in the low accuracy of the test results and a great waste of manpower and material resources due to repeated testing.The design of an auxiliary test device for circuit resistance of vacuum circuit breaker can effectively improve the technical level,safety,reliability and work efficiency of circuit resistance test.
