水泥-沥青复合材料界面微结构特征和力学性能研究方法综述

摘要 水泥-沥青复合材料(Asphalt-Cement Composite Material,ACCM)是由水泥与沥青复合制成的一种具有强承载能力和抗变形能力的新型复合材料,其在长期荷载与高温条件下具有优异的稳定性与耐久性,具有绿色、环保及经济效益高的优点,被广泛应用于公路、桥梁与铁路工程。前期大量研究表明:界面过渡区(Interface Transition Zone,ITZ)对复合材料的力学性能、耐久性能等起着十分重要的作用,水泥-沥青界面过渡区是复合材料损伤、断裂最先发生的区域。研究对水泥与沥青复合材料界面调控与宏观力学性能提升理论进行了系统性综述,总结了水泥基材料与沥青基材料ITZ形成机制与理论,对比探讨了ITZ微结构特征表征方法及评价指标,探究了ITZ宏-微观力学性能的研究思路、试验方法及适用范围,以期为水泥-沥青ITZ微结构特征、宏-微观力学性能的研究提供借鉴作用。 Asphalt-Cement Composite Material(ACCM)is a new type of composite material made of cement and asphalt with strong carrying capacity and deformation resistance.ACCM has excellent stability and durability under long-term load and high temperature conditions,and has the advantages of green,environ-mental protection and high economic benefits.It is widely used in highway,bridge and railway engineering.A large number of early studies have shown that the Interface Transition Zone(ITZ)plays an important role in the mechanical properties and durability of composite materials,because the cement-asphalt interface transi-tion zone is the first area where damage and fracture of composite materials occur.This paper systematically reviews the theory of interface regulation and macroscopic mechanical properties improvement of cement and asphalt composite materials,summarizes the mechanism and theory of ITZ formation of cement-based materi-als and asphalt-based materials.In addition,the characterization methods and evaluation indicators of ITZ microstructure characteristics are compared and discussed,and the research ideas,test methods and scope of application of ITZ macro-micromechanical properties are explored,which provide reference for the research of cement-asphalt ITZ microstructure characteristics and macro-micromechanical properties.
