水煤浆气化炉烧嘴压差低原因分析和解决措施

ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT OF LOW PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL ON COAL SLURRY GASIFIER BURNER

分析烧嘴压差频繁波动的原因,通过将工艺烧嘴改造为高压差烧嘴,达到减少或杜绝因烧嘴压差频繁波动导致气化炉停车或工艺烧嘴盘管烧穿的目的,延长工艺烧嘴的使用寿命及气化炉运行周期,实现生产装置的安全、稳定运行。

The cause of frequent fluctuation of pressure differential on the burner was analyzed.Changing the process burner to high pressure differential burner,the fluctuation that might lead to gasifier shutdown or burnt damage of burner coil was decreased,or even eliminated,so the life of the burner and the gasifier operation cycle were prolonged,which will help to achieve the safe and steady operation of the plant.
