摘要
随着我国社会老龄化趋势逐渐凸显,人们越来越重视人口老龄化带来的养老财务问题。目前我国采取了延迟退休年龄等措施(有试点但还没有推广实施)来应对老龄化带来的养老金财务可持续性发展问题。通过对我国人口老龄化的现状及成因的分析,得出实施延迟退休对养老财务问题的影响,并针对基础养老金的可持续发展构建合适的养老金收支模型,得出相应的结论。
As the aging problem of our society becomes more and more obvious,people also pay more and more attention to the pension financial problems brought by the aging population.At present,China has adopted measures such as delaying the retirement age to deal with the pension financial sustainable development brought by the aging.Based on the analysis of the current situation of China’s aging population and its causes,this paper concludes the impact of delayed retirement on the pension financial problems,and builds an appropriate pension revenue and expenditure model for the sustainable development of the basic pension financial problems,and draws the corresponding conclusions.
