优势视角下城市社区老年人日间照料中心研究——以太原市M社区为例

Research on Day Care Centers for the Elderly in Urban Communities from the Perspective of Superiority--Taking M Community in Taiyuan as an Example

目前,我国的老龄化人口形势越来越严峻,老年人的养老服务需求也越来越紧张。在这种情况下,社区养老作为家庭养老和机构养老的桥梁进入人们的视野,并发挥出其独有的优势。采用实地访谈法对山西省太原市M社区日间照料中心进行研究调查,运用优势视角分析日间照料中心的优势,探讨日间照料中心在发展过程中存在的问题。经过研究发现,M社区老年人日间照料中心具有养老政策环境好、多样化的特色养老模式、老年人及居民满意度高、有专业社工介入等优势;存在缺乏评估监管机制和员工数量不足、资金来源少、社工能力有限、场地面积小等问题。面对这种现状,从构建评估机制、加强人员队伍建设、拓宽资金来源、提高社工能力、扩建场地等五方面,对M社区老年人日间照料中心的发展提出合理化建议,以期促进M社区老年人日间照料中心实现更好的发展。

At present,the situation of the aging population in China is becoming more and more severe,and the demand for elderly care services for the elderly is becoming more and more tense.In this case,community pension as a bridge between family pension and institutional pensions enters people’s vision and exerts its unique advantages.This paper uses the field interview method to conduct research on the M community day care center in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province.It analyzes the advantages of the day care center from the perspective of advantages,discusses the problems in the development of the day care center and proposes rationalization suggestions.After research,it is found that the M-community elderly day care center has the advantages of a good old-age policy,a diversified characteristic model,high satisfaction of the elderly and residents,and professional social workers;there are problems such as lack of evaluation and supervision mechanism,insufficient number of employees,low funding sources,limited social work capacity,and small site area.Faced with this situation,the author believes that rationalization suggestions and countermeasures can be proposed for the development of the M-community elderly day care center from five aspects:constructing the evaluation mechanism,strengthening the team of personnel,broadening the source of funds,improving the social work capacity,and expanding the site area,in order to promote the better development of the day care center for the elderly in the M community.
