就业稳定性视角下的餐饮企业新生代农民工冰山模型构建——基于哈尔滨市的数据

摘要 常言道:民以食为天。餐饮业由于其产品需求的广泛性、入职门槛相对低和“包吃住”等特征,成为很多新生代农民工的职业启蒙行业。基于冰山模型甄别要素与就业稳定性影响因素的共同点,依据296份调查问卷,运用SPSS19.0分析餐饮企业新生代农民工的就业稳定性,得出年龄、月工资、岗位、劳动性质等对就业稳定性具有正向影响,而企业规模对就业稳定性具有负向影响。在此基础上,将就业稳定性影响因素与经典的冰山模型要素相对应,构建有环境因素的餐饮企业新生代农民工冰山模型,提出规模较大餐饮企业提高就业稳定性的策略是提高工资、提升职业发展前景和岗位自由裁量权。 As the saying goes,food is the most important thing for the people.The catering industry has become a career enlightenment industry for many new generation of migrant workers due to its extensive product demand,relatively low entry threshold and“food and accommodation”characteristics.Based on the common points of iceberg model screening factors and employment stability influencing factors,according to 296 questionnaires,SPSS19.0 is used to analyze the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers in catering enterprises.It is concluded that age,monthly wage,position,labor nature,etc.have a positive impact on employment stability,while enterprise size has a negative impact on employment stability.On this basis,the influencing factors of employment stability are corresponding to the elements of the classic iceberg model,and the iceberg model of the new generation of migrant workers in catering enterprises with environmental factors is constructed,and the strategies for the larger catering enterprises to improve employment stability are to increase wages,enhance career development prospects and post discretion.
