长三角城市群智慧旅游发展水平测度及其空间分异

The Measurement and Spatial Differentiation of Smart Tourism Development Level in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration

智慧旅游具有更精准、更高效、更创新、更服务的优势,可以跨越时空障碍,在更广范围内实现旅游产业的供给侧改革与区域一体化发展,正成为现代旅游业的发展趋势。以长三角城市群为研究对象,通过构建智慧旅游基建、智慧旅游产业、旅游经济及旅游景区与环境的评价指标,运用熵权TOPSIS与空间计量的方法,综合评价长三角城市群的智慧旅游发展水平及空间差异。结果显示,从得分的角度来看,上海市智慧旅游连续五年是第一名,成为发展水平极高的区域,杭州市、南京市、苏州市为发展水平较高的区域,合肥市、无锡市、宁波市为发展水平一般的城市,得分相差较大,说明长三角城市群智慧旅游发展水平不平衡;从空间上看,长三角城市群呈现一个极点、南强北弱的空间格局,空间自相关的结果表明,发展水平高的城市对邻近城市智慧旅游的发展具有抑制作用,呈现屏蔽效果,与旅游产业竞争格局有关。

Smart tourism has the advantages of more accurate,more efficient,more innovative and more service.It can surmount the barriers of time and space and realize the supply-side reform and regional integration development of the tourism industry in a broader range,which is becoming the development trend of modern tourism.Taking the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as the research object,by constructing the evaluation indicators of smart tourism infrastructure,smart tourism industry,tourism economy,scenic spots and environment,and using the method of entropy weight TOPSIS and spatial measurement,the development level and spatial difference of smart tourism in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are comprehensively evaluated.The results show that from the point of view of scores,Shanghai has ranked first in smart tourism for five consecutive years,and has become a region with a high level of development.Hangzhou,Nanjing and Suzhou are regions with a high level of development,while Hefei,Wuxi and Ningbo are cities with an average level of development,with a large difference in scores,indicating that the development level of smart tourism in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is unbalanced;from the perspective of space,the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta presents a spatial pattern of poles,strong in the south and weak in the north.The results of spatial autocorrelation show that cities with high development level have a restraining effect on the development of smart tourism in neighboring cities,showing a shielding effect,which is related to the competitive pattern of tourism industry.
