The Role of Community in Epidemic Prevention and Control in Seamless Emergency Management System

在新冠疫情防控期间,从国家到省市县乡都高度重视基层社区在联防联控中的重要作用。基层社区在新冠疫情防控中具有快速收集信息、精准落实防控措施、动员群众自治、参与应急管理周期等四大功能,为疫情防控的胜利奠定了重要的基础。然而,我们也应当正视基层社区在疫情防控中暴露出来的一些问题,并以此为契机,针对基层社区应对突发公共卫生事件防控功能的建设提出建议。

During the prevention and control of the COVID-19,from the country to the provinces,cities,counties and townships,all attach great importance to the important role of grass-roots communities in joint prevention and control.Grass roots communities have four major functions in the prevention and control of COVID-19,namely,rapid collection of information,accurate implementation of prevention and control measures,mobilization of mass autonomy,and participation in the emergency management cycle,laying an important foundation for the success of epidemic prevention and control.However,we should also face up to some problems exposed in the epidemic prevention and control of grass-roots communities,and take this as an opportunity to put forward suggestions on the construction of the prevention and control function of grass-roots communities in response to public health emergencies.
