摘要
世界技能大赛奖励政策是为带动技术技能人才高质量发展而制定的一系列激励举措,其实施的效应对推动高技能人才队伍建设起着重要的导向作用。通过收集、整理和分析了15个省市的世界技能大赛奖励政策,发现其呈现出奖励形式灵活多样、奖励标准逐年提升、团队和个体奖励并重的特征,但也存在着奖励的持续效应不够彰显、奖励的规范程度仍需提高、奖励的主体来源比较单一等问题。因此,从进一步提升奖励形式的灵活性和创新性、促进奖励政策的规范化建设、积极支持和引导社会力量设奖等方面对奖励政策的完善提出建议。
The World Skills Competition reward policy is a series of incentive measures to promote the high-quality development of technical talents,and its implementation effect plays an important guiding role in promoting the construction of high-skilled talents.This paper collects,collates and analyzes the reward policies of the World Skills Competition in 15 provinces and cities,and finds that they show the characteristics of flexible and diverse reward forms,increasing reward standards year by year,and paying equal attention to team and individual rewards.However,there are also some problems,such as the continuous effect of reward is not enough,the standard degree of reward still needs to be improved,and the main source of reward is relatively single.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of reward policy from the aspects of further improving the flexibility and innovation of reward form,promoting the of reward policies,actively supporting and guiding social forces to set awards.
