川崎病患儿延迟就医现状及影响因素分析

Status quo and influencing factors of delayed medical treatment in children with Kawasaki disease

目的了解川崎病患儿延迟就医现状以及影响因素。方法选择2020年5月—2021年4月在医院治疗的118例川崎病患儿及其监护人作为调查对象,采用川崎病患儿及监护人一般资料量表、社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果118例川崎病患儿中28例(23.73%)出现就医延迟现象,单因素分析显示,川崎病患儿性别、家庭平均月收入、监护人教育程度、居住地以及社会支持为患儿及家属就医延迟的影响因素(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,川崎病患儿家庭平均月收入、监护人教育程度、居住地以及社会支持为影响其就医延迟的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论川崎病患儿就医延迟现象严重,并受多种因素影响,其中农村地区、家庭平均月收入较低、监护人教育程度较低以及社会支持水平较低的川崎病患儿出现就医延迟的风险越大。

Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of delayed medical treatment in children with Kawasaki disease.Methods 118 children by Kawasaki disease and their guardians who were treated in hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were investigated by the General Information Scale for Children with Kawasaki Disease and the Guardians,Social Support Rating scale.Results 28 cases(23.73%)of 118 children with Kawasaki disease had delayed medical treatment.Univariate analysis showed that the kawasaki disease children gender,family average monthly income,guardian education level,residence and social support were the influencing factors of delayed medical treatment for children and their families(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the average monthly income of family,guardian,education level,residence and social support were the main factors affecting the delay of medical treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with Kawasaki disease were seriously delayed in seeking medical treatment and affected by various factors.Among them,children with Kawasaki disease in rural areas who had lower average monthly income of families,lower education level of guardians and lower social support level have greater risk of delayed medical treatment.
