基于微信平台的回授法健康教育在头颈肿瘤气管切开患者延续护理中的应用

Application of teach-back method health education based on WeChat platform in the extended care of head and neck tumour tracheotomy patients

目的探讨基于微信平台的回授法健康教育在头颈肿瘤气管切开患者延续护理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年11月医院收治的87例行气管切开术后长期置管的头颈肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组42例和观察组45例。对照组在出院前由责任护士予常规健康宣教和出院指导,出院后定期电话随访。观察组采用基于微信平台的回授法健康教育,连续干预3个月。观察两组患者气道护理知识掌握程度、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果实施基于微信平台的回授法健康教育干预后,观察组对于气道护理知识掌握程度优于对照组,观察组出院后3个月生活质量各维度得分优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.89%,明显低于对照组的26.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的回授法健康教育可有效提高头颈肿瘤气管切开带管出院患者气道护理知识的掌握程度,减少并发症发生,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the value of the teach-back method of health education based on the WeChat platform in the extended care of tracheotomy patients with head and neck tumors.Methods From January 2020 to November 2021,87 patients with head and neck tumors who were admitted to the hospital after tracheotomy with long-term placement of tubes were selected as the study subjects.42 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group were divided according to the principle of comparability of basic information between groups.The control group was given routine health education and discharge instructions by the nurse in charge before discharge and regular telephone follow-up after discharge.In the observation group,health education was provided by the teach-back method based on the WeChat platform for 3 months.The degree of knowledge of airway care,the incidence of complications and the quality of life of patients in both groups were observed.Results After the implementation of the WeChat-platform teach-back health education intervention,the observation group had better knowledge of airway care than the control group,and the observation group scored better than the control group in all dimensions of quality of life 3 months after discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.89%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teach-back method of health education based on the WeChat platform could effectively improve the mastery of airway care knowledge of patients discharged from head and neck tumour tracheotomy with tube,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
