摘要 以某显示器底座热流道注塑模具设计为例,通过应用Moldflow模拟软件对该产品进行填充模拟,再根据分析结果进行项目评估与产品结构调整,并根据调整的产品再次模拟分析与确定其最终产品结构和切实可行的浇注系统方案,利用PRO/E三维软件完成该注塑模具结构开发设计,重点介绍了带推板的二次顶出结构、热流道系统及成型零件结构设计等。经生产实践验证,该注塑模具结构设计合理,布局紧凑,动作平稳可靠,所生产的塑料制品质量满足用户使用要求。 Taking the display base cover as an example,the product filling simulation was in progress based on Moldflow software.According to the analysis results,the project evaluation and product structure adjustment were carried out.Then according to the adjusted products,the final product structure and feasible gating system scheme were determined and simulated.The development and design of the injection mold structure were completed by PRO/E three dimensional(3D)software.The secondary ejector structure of extrusion plate,practical hot runner system and shaping part structure design were elaborated mainly.The production practice proves that the mold is compact in structure,feasible and credible in operation.The quality of plastic parts satisfies the technical requirements.
