摘要
高速铁路动态检测是标准线达标建设的必要程序,京广高铁京武段动态检测是350 km/h高铁标准线达标建设管理办法的首次应用,通过开展方案定制化设计确定了检测项目、测试列车及提速方案。注重现场试验的安全管控,动态优化试验方案,分段多车同步实施;对比分析既有运营检测数据,提高设备克缺效率;综合平衡动态检测与运营设备维修之间的关系,保障运营设备状态;梳理京广高铁京武段动态检测经验,对今后速度350 km/h标准线达标建设的动态检测具有借鉴意义。
Dynamic inspection of HSR is a necessary procedure for the construction of standard lines. The dynamic inspection of Beijing-Wuhan Section of Beijing-Guangzhou HSR is the first application of the management measures for the construction of standard lines of 350 km/h HSR. The inspection items, test trains and speed increase schemes are determined through customized scheme design. Pay attention to the safety management and control of on-site tests, dynamically optimize the test scheme, and synchronously implement on multiple vehicles in sections;compare and analyze the existing operation test data to improve the efficiency of equipment defect correction;comprehensively balance the relationship between dynamic inspection and operation equipment maintenance to ensure the status of operation equipment;sort out the experience of dynamic inspection of Beijing-Wuhan Section of Beijing-Guangzhou HSR, which is of reference significance for the dynamic inspection of the standard line with a speed of 350 km/h in the future.
