摘要
作为高速铁路三大耦合关系的弓网耦合一直是保障高速铁路安全运行的重要因素,弓网受流试验历来在联调联试中占比较大,并在其过程中发挥着重大作用,不仅可以诊断接触网缺陷,降低开通后供电事故发生的概率,还可通过参数的调整实现节能减耗。在厦深铁路提速试验中,弓网受流试验检测到大量异常燃弧,通过与相关铁路局集团公司、施工单位、主机厂商等开展联合调查,分析探究其原因,并通过车辆、线路方面的整改与调整,提高了弓网耦合性能,燃弧率大幅度降低,为厦深铁路提速运营奠定了坚实基础。
Pantograph-catenary coupling, as one of the three coupling relationships of high speed railway, serves as an important factor to ensure its operation safety. Pantograph-catenary current collection test accounts for a large proportion in the testing and commissioning, playing a significant role in the process. It can not only diagnose OCS defects, reduce the probability of power supply accidents after opening, but also realize energy saving and consumption reduction through parameter adjustment. During the speed-up test of XiamenShenzhen Railway, a large number of abnormal arcs were detected in the pantograph-catenary current collection test. Through joint investigation with relevant CR local groups, construction contractors and manufacturers, the causes were analyzed. Through rectification and adjustment of vehicles and tracks, the pantograph-catenary coupling performance was improved, and the arcing rate was greatly reduced, laying a foundation for the speedup operation of Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway.
