摘要
我国高速铁路建设快速发展,截至2021年底,高速铁路运营里程已超过4万km,发车密度越来越高、车速越来越快、制动距离越来越长,因此对行车组织安全性提出更高要求。联调联试是保证高铁运营后,各类设备安全正常运行的有效手段,可促进高速铁路整体系统功能达到最优。以嘉兴车务段高速铁路联调联试为例,从行车方式、设备变化、职工整体业务素质等方面分析联调联试中存在的安全风险,针对上述安全风险,结合嘉兴车务段的实际情况,提出7项安全措施,以期能为高速铁路联调联试平稳推进提供安全保证。
The hight speed railway construction in China develops rapidly. By the end of 2021, the operating mileage of hight speed railway exceeded 40,000 km, with higher departure density, faster speed and longer braking distance, bringing higher requirements on safety of train operation organization. testing and commissioning is an effective means to ensure safe and normal operation of all kinds of equipment after hight speed railway operation, and promote the overall system function to the optimal level. Taking the testing and commissioning of Jiaxing Train Operation Depot as an example, this paper analyzes safety risks of the testing and commissioning from aspects of train operation mode, equipment change and professional quality of employees.In view of the above safety risks and in combination with the actual situation of the depot, seven safety measures are proposed for the purpose of safeguarding the hight speed railway testing and commissioning.
